Technology Waiver

By registering for an online learning experience, I understand that computer and technology platforms are required. I acknowledge that I have tested my device and it is in working condition. I acknowledge that I have basic operating knowledge of the required technology platforms as they relate to my personal device. I acknowledge that I know how to contact Support for the required technology platform and will reach out prior to the start of the learning experience to troubleshoot any technical difficulties I experience. I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Duke Health & Well-Being and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others from any and all responsibilities or technical difficulties I may encounter during this learning experience.
